From brief to delivery
A clear, collaborative process.
Every specification is reviewed by our Bhadohi studio before production begins.
Prepare the specification
Dimensions, yarn, colours, pile and finishing details are documented before production.
Approve the direction
Digital artwork, colour references and optional samples create a clear production reference.
Make and finish
Specialist teams weave, wash, stretch, carve and finish the rug by hand.
Final inspection
The rug is checked against the approved specification before protective packing and dispatch.
Direct from the studio
One accountable team from specification to dispatch.
We confirm dimensions, construction, material, colour direction and the expected making schedule before payment. Production photographs and final inspection updates are available on request, followed by tracked FedEx or DHL delivery.

Order visibility
Follow your rug after dispatch.
Once your finished rug has passed final inspection and is collected for shipment, we send the tracking number and tracking link by email or WhatsApp. You can then follow the order through FedEx or DHL until delivery.
