Photography, colour and product videos
Natural light, photography and individual screen settings can cause slight colour variation. Selected collection photographs are intentionally kept minimally edited in ‘raw mode’ to preserve the rug's original character. Where available, product videos provide the clearest view of colour, texture, pile and design, though physical yarn can still vary slightly from a screen.
Custom approvals
Customers are responsible for approving dimensions, artwork, colour references, materials and other specifications before production begins. Screen colours and photographs can differ from physical yarn.
Prices and payment
The selected size and DDP market price are shown before checkout, with customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges taken care of by us. Custom dimensions, materials or specifications may require a revised landed quotation. Any amount that differs from the website selection is disclosed and confirmed before payment.

Order visibility
Follow your rug after dispatch.
Once your finished rug has passed final inspection and is collected for shipment, we send the tracking number and tracking link by email or WhatsApp. You can then follow the order through FedEx or DHL until delivery.
