We confirm dimensions, construction, material, colour direction and the expected making schedule before payment. Production photographs and final inspection updates are available on request, followed by tracked FedEx or DHL delivery.

Order visibility
Follow your rug after dispatch.
Once your finished rug has passed final inspection and is collected for shipment, we send the tracking number and tracking link by email or WhatsApp. You can then follow the order through FedEx or DHL until delivery.
