Every specification is reviewed by our Bhadohi studio before production begins.
Develop the specification
We advise on construction, fibre, pile, shape, scale and practical detailing for the intended room.
Approve colour and sample
Review digital artwork, colour references and an optional physical strike-off before full production.
Follow production
Request loom photographs and progress updates while the rug is being made.
Inspect and deliver
The completed rug is finished, checked, protected and dispatched worldwide with tracking.

One accountable team from specification to dispatch.
We confirm dimensions, construction, material, colour direction and the expected making schedule before payment. Production photographs and final inspection updates are available on request, followed by tracked FedEx or DHL delivery.

Order visibility
Follow your rug after dispatch.
Once your finished rug has passed final inspection and is collected for shipment, we send the tracking number and tracking link by email or WhatsApp. You can then follow the order through FedEx or DHL until delivery.
