Cryptocurrency payment inquiries

Bitcoin, USDT and other cryptocurrency payment inquiries may be considered for eligible orders. Availability is confirmed case-by-case before payment, subject to applicable requirements, verification and payment confirmation.

Accepted payment methods

PayPal is the primary website checkout option and may also offer eligible card payments. Razorpay remains available as an alternative payment method. Available cards, bank or wallet options can vary by country, currency and issuing bank. Customers may also contact the studio for an authorised payment link or invoice where available.

Currency and total price

The selected market currency and DDP rug price are shown before checkout. The order summary identifies the rug, size, quantity and landed total. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are taken care of by us. Any custom specification or exceptional shipping condition is disclosed and confirmed before payment.

Payment security

Checkout and customer information are transmitted over HTTPS. Payment details are entered on Razorpay's or PayPal's secure payment interface and are not stored by this website. We never ask customers to send complete card details by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

Order confirmation

A successful website payment receives a payment reference and order confirmation. The seller and invoice name is Custom Made Rugs. If payment succeeds but confirmation is not received, contact us with the payment reference so the order can be verified.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The issuing bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
