Customer information
How Custom Made Rugs Studio handles information shared through this website.
Updated 10 August 2026
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, product preferences and the content of enquiries you send to us. Payment-card information will be handled by the selected payment provider and is not intended to be stored by this website.
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm specifications, process and deliver orders, provide production updates, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting obligations. If you explicitly subscribe, we also use your email address to send new collection updates, studio news and exclusive offers.
Marketing emails are sent only after you subscribe. Each message includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also ask us to stop by emailing studio@custommaderugs.studio.
Information may be shared only with service providers needed to complete your order, including payment, shipping and professional advisers. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or required by law.
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure visits, advertising, cart activity and completed purchases. These providers may process device, browser and approximate location information. Meta Pixel is not loaded until optional analytics and advertising consent is granted. Our explicit Meta commerce events contain rug identifiers, quantity, currency and order value, not your name, email, delivery address or private payment link. You can reset your choice by clearing this site's browser storage.
When you request a first-order offer, we check the email you provide against website and payment-provider purchase history. A hashed email identifier and a checkout/payment reference are retained to prevent repeat redemption and duplicate discounted checkouts. This eligibility check does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information by emailing studio@custommaderugs.studio.
