How Custom Made Rugs Studio handles information shared through this website.

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, product preferences and the content of enquiries you send to us. Payment-card information will be handled by the selected payment provider and is not intended to be stored by this website.
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm specifications, process and deliver orders, provide production updates, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting obligations. If you explicitly subscribe, we also use your email address to send new collection updates, studio news and exclusive offers.
Marketing emails are sent only after you subscribe. Each message includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also ask us to stop by emailing studio@custommaderugs.studio.
Information may be shared only with service providers needed to complete your order, including payment, shipping and professional advisers. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or required by law.
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, enquiries, cart activity and completed purchases. Order visibility
Once your finished rug has passed final inspection and is collected for shipment, we send the tracking number and tracking link by email or WhatsApp. You can then follow the order through FedEx or DHL until delivery.
