Every project has one point of contact. We can share design artwork, colour references, loom photographs and progress updates before final finishing and dispatch.

From approval to arrival
The project is cared for beyond the loom.
Colour studies are reviewed, finished rugs are protected for transit, and each roll is prepared for its onward journey. These are real workshop and delivery photographs—not catalogue mock-ups.

One piece minimum.
No creative minimum.
Custom sizes, shapes, colours, patterns and materials are available. International quotations are prepared for DDP delivery, with duties and import charges included.

Order visibility
Follow your rug after dispatch.
Once your finished rug has passed final inspection and is collected for shipment, we send the tracking number and tracking link by email or WhatsApp. You can then follow the order through FedEx or DHL until delivery.
