Worldwide delivery from our rug-making studio in India.

Most rugs are handmade to order in Bhadohi, India. Hand-Carved and Hand-Tufted rugs have an estimated making time of 30–35 days. Select other product pages state a 45-day schedule, while fine 80-knot rugs require approximately 60–90 days. The product page or written order confirmation provides the applicable schedule.
Complimentary standard worldwide DDP delivery is offered unless a quotation states otherwise. International transit normally takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch. Remote-area service, oversize parcels, weather and customs processing can take longer. The destination-specific estimate is confirmed before payment and tracking is shared after dispatch.
Orders ship from Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh 221401, India. The carrier and service are selected according to the destination, parcel dimensions and shipment requirements. After the shipment is collected, customers receive the tracking number and live tracking link by email or WhatsApp so they can follow the order until delivery.
Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are taken care of by us for online rug orders. We arrange confirmed international shipments as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) through our logistics provider, so the recipient is not asked to pay additional import duty on delivery. A custom quotation will state the same DDP treatment or clearly identify any exceptional destination condition before payment.
Inspect the packaging and rug promptly. Report visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photographs of the rug and packaging. For delayed parcels, contact us so we can open a trace with the carrier.

Order visibility
Once your finished rug has passed final inspection and is collected for shipment, we send the tracking number and tracking link by email or WhatsApp. You can then follow the order through FedEx or DHL until delivery.
