Production and dispatch

Most rugs are handmade to order. The estimated production and dispatch schedule is confirmed in writing after the size, material, colour and construction are approved. Custom work can take longer than ready-stock pieces.

FedEx and DHL worldwide delivery

Complimentary standard worldwide delivery is offered unless a quotation states otherwise. Orders are dispatched through FedEx or DHL according to the destination, parcel dimensions and shipment requirements. Tracking is shared after dispatch. Delivery time begins after production is complete and can vary by destination, carrier and customs processing.

Duties and local charges

Import duties, taxes and local clearance charges are paid by the customer unless the written order confirmation expressly includes duties-paid delivery. Requirements can differ by destination.

Damage in transit

Inspect the packaging and rug promptly. Photograph any visible damage before removing packaging and contact us at Custommaderugss@gmail.com so the carrier claim can be reviewed.
