Each made-to-measure rug is developed around the finished proportions: we can prepare production artwork, recommend pile and construction, create a CAD-based layout, and arrange a strike-off when the project requires physical approval.

Can you make a rug in a custom size?+
Yes. We manufacture custom-size rugs in rectangular, round, runner and organic shapes. Loom and transport requirements are reviewed for very large pieces; widths up to approximately 650 cm may be possible depending on the construction.
Can you match a specific colour?+
Yes. We can work from Pantone or ARS references and can prepare yarn colour options or a physical strike-off before full production.
Which rug constructions are available?+
Projects may be developed as hand-knotted, hand-tufted, handloom, flatweave or hand-carved high-low rugs. We recommend the construction after reviewing the design, use and budget.
Can I send my own artwork?+
Yes. Send artwork, a sketch, CAD drawing, floor plan or reference image. We review feasibility and prepare the specification before production.
Do you ship custom rugs internationally?+
Yes. Finished rugs can be shipped worldwide by tracked FedEx or DHL service. The destination schedule and any local import considerations are confirmed before payment.

Order visibility
Follow your rug after dispatch.
Once your finished rug has passed final inspection and is collected for shipment, we send the tracking number and tracking link by email or WhatsApp. You can then follow the order through FedEx or DHL until delivery.
