Yes. We can develop custom dimensions, shapes, colours, materials and patterns. Share your room measurements, artwork, sketch or reference through our custom rug service; every specification is confirmed before production begins.

Our collections include hand-knotted, hand-tufted, Moroccan high-pile, hand-carved and hand-woven rugs. We can recommend the right construction, fibre and pile for your room or project.

No. We accept one-piece custom orders as well as multi-rug residential, hospitality, trade and private-label projects.

Making time depends on the construction and design. Hand-carved and hand-tufted rugs are generally estimated at 30–35 days; other rugs may require 45 days, 4–6 weeks, 60–90 days or 8–12 weeks. The applicable estimate is shown on the product page or confirmed in writing before payment.

Yes. Loom photographs, colour approvals and production updates are available on request for direct, custom and trade orders.

Yes. Complimentary standard worldwide DDP delivery is offered unless a quotation states otherwise. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are taken care of by us for confirmed online rug orders, so the recipient is not asked to pay additional import duty on delivery.

International transit normally takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch. Remote-area service, oversize parcels, weather and customs processing can take longer.

Orders ship from Bhadohi through FedEx or DHL. After the shipment is collected, we share the tracking number and live tracking link by email or WhatsApp.

PayPal is the primary website checkout option and may also offer eligible card payments. Razorpay remains available as an alternative payment method. The available card, bank or wallet options can vary by country, currency and issuing bank. You may also contact the studio for an authorised payment link or invoice where available.

Inspect the rug and packaging as soon as it arrives. Keep the packaging and send us the order number with clear photographs and videos. Visible transit damage should be reported as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after delivery; manufacturing defects or an item materially different from the approved order should be reported within 7 calendar days. All rugs are insured in transit, and a verified manufacturing defect will be replaced.

Send a cancellation request as soon as possible, preferably within 4 hours of payment. Custom and made-to-order rugs are produced specifically for the customer and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production begins. This does not affect remedies for a rug that is damaged, defective or materially different from the approved order. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the complete terms.
