Every personalized rug is made to order. Our team will prepare the design direction and confirm the details with you before production.
Please submit only original artwork or material you have permission to reproduce. Protected logos, characters, celebrities and copyrighted artwork cannot be copied without authorization.
Order visibility
Follow your rug after dispatch.
Once your finished rug has passed final inspection and is collected for shipment, we send the tracking number and tracking link by email or WhatsApp. You can then follow the order through FedEx or DHL until delivery.
