1. Brief and artwork
We confirm the room dimensions, finished rug size, shape, construction, material and design reference. The artwork is prepared at the correct proportion so the pattern can be translated accurately to the loom.

Inside the workshop
From your idea to a finished rug.
Every made-to-order rug follows an agreed specification. Clear approvals at the beginning protect the design, colours and dimensions later.
2. Colour and yarn
Colours are matched to references and selected from yarn poms. The chosen wool, viscose, silk or blend is prepared and dyed. Because screens display colour differently, physical references are preferred for precise custom work.
3. Weaving and carving
Experienced artisans build the rug by hand using the approved construction. Hand-knotted rugs progress knot by knot; hand-tufted rugs are worked through a stretched canvas. Sculptural designs are carved after the pile is complete to form high-low detail.
4. Washing, finishing and inspection
The rug is washed, dried, stretched and trimmed. The team checks the dimensions, edges, surface and finishing before packing. Made-to-order production normally takes 45–90 business days, followed by approximately 5–7 business days in transit after dispatch.

Order visibility
Follow your rug after dispatch.
Once your finished rug has passed final inspection and is collected for shipment, we send the tracking number and tracking link by email or WhatsApp. You can then follow the order through FedEx or DHL until delivery.
