We ship from India through FedEx or DHL. Production time depends on the chosen rug; the studio confirms the making schedule and destination-specific delivery estimate before payment. Tracking is shared after dispatch.
Website prices and secure checkout are in US dollars. For a custom specification, we provide a written quotation rather than an unconfirmed manufacturing estimate.
Request yarn, colour or construction samples before commissioning. The studio confirms sample charges and shipping for your project individually.
Standard worldwide DDP delivery is complimentary unless your quotation states otherwise. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are taken care of by us for online rug orders; review the shipping policy before ordering.
