How to buy a custom rug with Bitcoin or USDT.
Buying a made-to-order rug begins with the rug itself: its design, dimensions, materials, construction and destination. A cryptocurrency inquiry comes only after the studio has reviewed that specification and prepared a quotation.
1. Define the custom rug
Share the finished size, shape, colours, design references, preferred material and delivery country. You may explore our hand-knotted rugs, hand-carved rugs and custom rug service before preparing the brief.
2. Receive a written quotation
The quotation should identify the agreed rug specification, price, production schedule and delivery terms. Custom Made Rugs Studio displays and quotes orders in USD. The possibility of a Bitcoin, USDT or other cryptocurrency payment does not alter the need for a clear written order specification.
3. Make a cryptocurrency payment inquiry
Tell the studio which payment method you would like considered. Availability is never automatic and is confirmed case-by-case before payment. Do not send funds to an address found in a message, social profile or third-party directory unless the studio has verified the order and instructions through its official contact channel.
4. Confirm verification, network and timing
If the order is eligible, the studio will explain the applicable verification and payment-confirmation requirements. Confirm the cryptocurrency, network, quoted amount, validity period and what counts as completed payment. Cryptocurrency values and network conditions can change, so do not rely on an earlier conversation or make an unconfirmed transfer.
5. Keep the order record
Retain the quotation, approved specification, invoice or order reference and payment confirmation. The rug then follows the agreed production process, including colour and design approvals where applicable. Read how custom rugs are made and review the shipping policy for delivery information.
International orders and refunds
International customers may inquire about cryptocurrency payment for an eligible order, but the destination, customer verification and applicable requirements are reviewed before acceptance. International rug quotations include confirmed DDP delivery and its duty, import-tax and customs-clearance provision. Any cancellation or refund is governed by the written order terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy; do not assume a cryptocurrency refund is automatic or guaranteed.
